    The projects comprise eight ground-mounted solar PV plants and four solar PV plants with integrated battery energy storage systems.     The package includes a $1.5 billion loan from the ADB, a $1.1 billion loan from the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA), and a $1.2 billion loan from the European Investment Bank (EIB). The financing package is designed to support the development of solar and wind power projects in Thailand.
