Seatrium, a leading global offshore solution provider, has secured a significant contract for the conversion of a liquefied natural gas (LNG) carrier into a floating storage and regasification unit (FSRU) for Kinetics, a prominent energy transition initiative under Karpowership.

Seatrium will undertake the conversion of an LNGC to an FSRU, named LNGT Turkiye, with the project set to commence in Q3 2025.
The conversion will involve the installation of a regasification module and supporting systems integration.
