We read everything that comes in. There is no fixed response-time guarantee — simple corrections tend to get fixed quickly, and everything else gets a reply when there’s time for it.

What This Isn’t
BulBat’s tools produce estimates from standard formulas, not professional engineering, financial, or installation advice, and this address is not a substitute for talking to a licensed electrician or solar installer about an actual system. There is also no account support to offer, because there are no accounts — every calculator runs free, with nothing to sign up for.
